Academic Session

There are 200 working days exclusive of period of examination and admission etc., out of which at least 40 days is for practice-teaching in about ten schools at upper primary/ secondary/senior secondary level. A working day consist of minimum of 6 hours in a six-day week, during which physical presence in the institution of teachers and students is compulsory.

Admission Procedure

College will take admission on merit basis/marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/U.T. Administration and the University.

Fee Structure

College charges fee from Students as per State Govt. Norms, Rules and Regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with at least 45% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the B.Ed.Programme. The reservation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government / State Government, whichever is applicable. There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in favour of SC/ST/OBC and other categories of candidates. as per State Govt. Norms, Rules and Regulations.
